Jeremy Lamont Berryhill “Worm”, 35.
Born December 15, 1985, in Newark, New Jersey to Karen Bartlett & Jerry Berryhill.
He was known for his intelligence, infectious dimpled smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. Many would say he was always giving and hilarious!
He gave his all to his loved ones. He spoke with power and passion, well loved, and admired. Through his actions he showed us what love and loyalty should look like.
From a young age Jeremy was highly intellectual. He graduated with top honors from Arlington High School and received an Academic Scholarship to the University of Indianapolis. Amongst his peers and the youth he always shed light on the facts of life, was eager to provide encouragement and plant seeds of knowledge and wisdom.
He loved spending quality time with his loved ones, to his son he was the coolest dad a kid could have. Always thoughtful and never thoughtless. With a sincere heart he always did his best to be there for everyone when needed.
He is survived by his mother Karen, Father Jerry, son Jessie, brothers Maurice and Tory, sisters LaRisha, Nichole, & Brittany, loving Aunts Lorraine and Janice, grandparents along with several nephews, nieces, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and Uncle Julius.
A Memorial service will be Friday, June 4 at 1:00pm with a visitation starting at 12:00noon until the time of the service at the Serenity Prince of Peace Church, 3412 E. Prospect Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46203.
