Mrs. Guadalupe (Lupe) Pizano Mora, of East Chicago, Indiana, born on July 25, 1937 in East Chicago, Indiana, passed away at age 81 on November 12, 2018 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Guadalupe was married to Jaime Mora for 61 years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Maria Lupita Mora; and grandchild, Paul Dennis. Guadalupe is survived by her son, Albert Mora; daughters, Esperanza Mora Dennis, Sylvia Mora Mota, and Teresa Mora; sisters, Linda (Louie) Cruz and Isabel (Ronald) Broadhagen; and brothers, Anthony (Kim) Santillan and Alfred (Connie) Pizano; and grandchildren, Felipe Lindstrom, Jaime Escobedo, Angela Escobedo, Albert Escobedo, Christina Belloso, James Lucas, Samantha Mora, Angela Mora, Michele Mora, Sean Dennis, Noel Velez, Noemi Velez, and John Dennis. She had a passion for dancing, singing Mexican boleros, and collecting classic movies. Friends and family members may attend the memorial service, officiated by her grandson, Jaime Mora Escobedo, on Saturday, November 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The service will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church at 3510 Deodar Street, East Chicago, Indiana 46312.
