Judith Dawn Moore, 52, passed away May 17, 2020. She was born June 4, 1967 to Richard and Victoria Cox. She was born and raised in Rushville, Indiana. Judith was a graduate of Rushville High School. She spent the past few years working as a dispatcher for a towing company, a job in which she very much enjoyed. Judith was a fantastic cook. She was an avid outdoors woman. She spent her free time camping and fishing with her family. She was passionate toward the American Indian due to her Cherokee lineage. She is survived by her mother, Victoria Cox Wilkerson and step mother, Diane Cox; children, Abbegail Morales-Cox, Kimberly, Jennifer and Elliott Moore; sisters, Rhonda Cox, Melissa Duke, Connie Redd, Regina Zuniga, Leslie McHughes, Marian “Bea” Mitchell, Jackie Crafton, Connie Wright, Wendi Andrews, Tina Higdon; brother, Randy Tarrance; grandchildren, Adan, Ariadne, and Kiara. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Cox; sister, Debbie Andrews and 1 grandchild.
We are so sorry for your loss, Judy was a special lady.
She gained the respect of all of us that worked with her. She was dependable, responsible,
quick thinker, problem solver and cared not only about the customer but her team members too.
I did not know when she went home to get well that would be the last time we would see her.
Few team members leave a lasting impression on us, Judy is one we will never forget.
