Rebecca (Becky) Lynn Vail, 57 of Indianapolis passed away peacefully at home on June 7, 2016 after a yearlong battle with brain cancer. She is survived by her husband Tom Lester, ‘bonus’ children Kimberly and Michael Lester as well as her faithful dogs, Herbie and Jackson. She is also survived by her father, Rich and ‘bonus’ mom Chris Vail, brother Bob Vail (Susan) and her niece and nephew Katie and Brady Vail.
Becky was blessed with many, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins Nephews, Nieces, In-laws, Friends, Co-workers, far too many to list.
The family wishes to express their gratitude and thanks for all the support and care given during this past year by family, friends, co-workers and St Vincent’s Hospice.
Services will be held in Colorado at the ‘cabin’ – where Becky loved to help Aunt Mary and Uncle Wally build new buildings every year or so.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Indianapolis Humane Society or to your local humane society.
