30 years bruh…always be my dog. Love you man.
My sincerest condolences to Cindy and the family. Ric was one of the nicest people I knew. I would bring him my fries from lunch every time I went out – “keep em comin'” he would always say. He said that same thing with with plate orders.
I want to point out that he was not just a machinist, but one of the best, if not THE BEST plate technician in the industry. It is very rare you know someone or can say they were the best in their industry. He was the best for 30+ years. You don’t ever see that dedication anymore. A gem of a person and we are so lucky to have shared time with him.
Ric was more than just a coworker of mine, but a genuine friend who will be sorely missed. There is always so much more to say, but words cannot begin to capture how great, awesome, sincere Ric was.
For his children – he isn’t gone. He is in you. Always remember that. His memory and blood lives through you.
