Ronald (Ron) Edward Michael, 63, of Speedway Indiana, passed away on Monday January 22, 2018
Visitation/Service will be from Noon-2pm Wednesday January 31, 2018 at Albertson’s Mortuary. No additional services will follow. Arrangements are by Albertson’s Mortuary.
Ronald E. Michael was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He worked as a Supervisor/Delivery Driver for various Newspaper companies for many years. He also worked previously as a Taxi Cab Driver in the city of Indianapolis. He had a heart for helping people that were in need. He always put others needs before his own. Ron was a hard-working man, and did whatever it took to get things done. Ron was well known throughout the entire city of Indianapolis, IN. Everywhere he went, people knew his name. He was always highly spoken of by everyone. Many depended on Him, and He usually always came through.
Ronald Michael is survived by His daughter Erica A Michael-Rutherford & Son-in-law Lewis Rutherford Jr, His son Kevin S. Michael, Friend Melissa Stein & Family and a host of friends, co-workers and acquaintances.
The family of Ronald E. Michael wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Melissa Stein & Family for handling his care before and during his passing. To every doctor, nurse and specialist that participated in His care throughout his health battles. To every employer, co-worker and employee that worked with Him that helped him accomplish his job and helped make his job easier. To everyone that contributed financially towards his expenses and affairs. To Albertson’s Mortuary for handling our loved one and his arrangements with the utmost care and respect.
Ron was a wonderful man! We have been blessed to have known him. He was always kind and helpful! He went out of his way to make people happy! We offer our thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. We will always cherish our fond memories of him. He will be greatly missed and always remembered for the fine example of a man that worked hard and had a heart of gold! We need more people like him in this world. Much love to you Ron!
